Can I take NOMI on a plane?
NOMI is designed for travel, but cabin rules for pets change from airline to airline. Always check your airline's size and weight limits before you fly and compare them with NOMI's dimensions in the product details.
What size of dog is NOMI for?
NOMI is made for small dogs (and cats) who love to stay close. Check the interior dimensions and maximum weight in the product details to find the right fit for your companion.
Does it really fold flat?
Yes. NOMI unfolds when you need it and folds flat when you don't, so it's easy to store at home, in the car or in your suitcase.
Can I use it in the car?
Yes. NOMI secures with the seat belt, so your companion stays safe and calm on the road.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the vegan leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild soap, then let it air dry. Avoid the washing machine, the dryer and harsh products. For regular care, add the NOMI Care Kit to your order.
Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from Portugal. Delivery times and shipping costs for your country are shown at checkout.
Can I return it?
Of course. You have 14 days from delivery to return your NOMI. See our return policy for all the details.
